This training cycle, we will focus primarily on the lower body. Expect 3 days of lower body, 1 day of upper body, 1 day of abs/core, and 1 day of stretching / mobility. We will provide exercises that are key to running and fitness. Dumbbells and bands will be used in a few of the execises. e
1:1 Coaching + XT
$160 per month
1:1 Personal Coaching + XT
-Monthly 1 hour in person/zoom consult with the coaches
-Personalized running plan
-12 XT workouts (3 per week)
-24/7 access to coaches via text for questions, suggestions, motivation, etc.
Group Coaching
$165 per month
-24 week standardized plan for 100miler / 100k
-Accountability group
-Everyone has the same workouts each week
-Workouts provided monthly
